Sample loginfo file?

Does anyone have an example loginfo file, which sends me an email  
containing the log-messages of the commit AND includes the diffs of the  
conerning files? I'm not that good at programming my own perl/bash  
scripts, and don't know how to treat the inputs/outputs right.

At the moment, I use the following:

ALL (echo -e "From: address@hidden: address@hidden: "CVS UPDATE:
