Sorry to have left you hanging -- I forgot that it wasn't included in
the tarball (it shouldn't be needed unless you're building a checkout
from the repository rather than a released tarball).  Should you need it
in the future, you can check it out from the CVS repository (and it will
be included in future tarballs).
