1. If you would like to keep the files and subdirectories, then copy them to
their new destination and add them. If you don't want to keep them, go
directly to step 2.

2. Remove all files in the directory and subdirectories via cvs and commit.
If you give -P to cvs update, cvs will prune all empty directories.
