Can somebody explain why CVS doesn't call the script
specified in $CVSROOT/verifymsg file when the user
enters a null message?
Surely this is self defeating when we're trying to use
verifymsg to ensure that the log message entered by the
user makes some sense?
Have I missed something obvious?
