Yes, you can use CVSNT, but you'll have to use the pserver protocol (a not so 
secure protocol when compared to sspi or ntserver protocols) but it will work 
just fine.

To help you make the repository conversion, you can use a bunch of perl scripts 
at http://www.laine.org/cvs/vss2cvs/.
