You may want to consider upgrading: 1.11 is ancient, 1.11.8 is the
current release.
Check your CVS administrative files for references to the above commands
-- they're probably in commitinfo and loginfo. You should not be trying
to run the *.in files, they're input to autoconf which then generates
commit_prep and log_accum, which are the files you want to run. You may
want to add explicit paths to the entries in the administrative files so
that you don't have to have them in your $PATH.
