Now I have 3 directories under $CVSROOT...
project_a_b:
4 drwxrwxr-x 2 cvs cvs 4096 May 3 19:12 .
4 drwxrwx--- 7 cvs cvs 4096 May 3 15:20 ..
4 -r--r--r-- 1 cvs cvs 427 May 3 14:51 v1.txt,v
project_c_d_e:
4 drwxrwxr-x 2 cvs cvs 4096 May 3 15:35 .
4 drwxrwx--- 7 cvs cvs 4096 May 3 15:20 ..
4 -r--r--r-- 1 cvs cvs 427 May 3 14:51 v2.txt,v
project_files:
4 drwxrwxr-x 2 cvs cvs 4096 May 3 15:33 .
4 drwxrwx--- 7 cvs cvs 4096 May 3 15:20 ..
4 -r--r--r-- 1 cvs cvs 427 May 3 14:51 v1.txt,v
4 -r--r--r-- 1 cvs cvs 427 May 3 14:51 v2.txt,v
There is no directory called projecrt.
The modules file is...
project_a_b -d project project_a_b
project_c_d_e -d project project_c_d_e project_files
project &project_a_b &project_c_d_e
It's Ok when I checkout project_a_b:
cvs checkout project_a_b (in directory C:\_wdir)
cvs server: Updating project
U project/v1.txt
When checking-out project_c_d_e a empty project directory is created and I
get the message:
cvs checkout project_c_d_e (in directory C:\_wdir)
cvs server: warning: new-born project/project_files has disappeared
When I checkout project, It's created only project/project/v1.txt file and I
get the message:
cvs checkout project (in directory C:\_wdir)
cvs server: Updating project
U project/v1.txt
cvs server: existing repository /usr/local/cvsroot/project_a_b does not
match /usr/local/cvsroot/project_c_d_e
cvs server: ignoring module project_c_d_e
I´m using CVS 1.11.2. Do you have a newer version ? Can you try it ?
