Thank you. 
After hours of tests I got it to work.
For the begining...

Too dificult to set up, I think 
Shouldn't cvs have a list of binary file types
preinstalled in the cvswrappers ?

Or maybe projects for Unix/Linux platforms do not
usualy have binary files, but I don't really think so...
