They are PVCS administrative tools. Do you have just the repository and no
tools?

Subject: PVCS TO CVS
Hi,
I am trying to migrate from PVCS(with history files) to CVS. We have
PVCS installed in PC. I am trying to run the script pvcs2rcs. The script
needs binaries 'vcs','vlog','rcs','ci'. So i downloaded RCS,PERL in windows
and i gave them in the path. But when i run the script in windows,it is till
complaining it couldn't find the binaries. I am not sure where to locate
these binaries. Please let me know if any one has a solution.
Thanks,
Ramya
