Could the output be going to "error out"?  Try this command:

cvs ls 2>&1 > output.log

Hello,

How can I redirect output from this version of CVS to a file? Does
anyone know? Using the command "cvs ls > output.log" does not work as
expected. The output is still printed to the screen and the output.log
is 0 bytes in size.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?
