Steven,
Is the repository still located at /cvs/cvsroot/ on the server?
Check that the file mentioned in the error exists and is writable by
your user.
Regards,
Arthur Barrett

Subject: Error faced when adding new code to CVS
Hi,
I am using tortoiseCVS client to add contents of a new module to
existing source tree in the repository. Here is the error that I am
facing:
cvs commit: ERROR: cannot write file
/cvs/cvsroot/GTek/WIM/WIMDesktop/installscripts/WIM/Eng/Media/Default/Lo
g
Files/3-29-2005 4.22.55PM.log,v: No such file or directory
RCS file:
/cvs/cvsroot/GTek/WIM/WIMDesktop/installscripts/WIM/Eng/Media/Default/Lo
g
Files/3-29-2005 4.34.07PM.log,v
Can anybody educate me on this error?
Due to shortage of space on the CVS Server. I had to move the repository
to a new disk. Could this be a cause for the issue? How can I fix this
issue?
-Steven
