Not within CVS itself -- it's whole purpose is to *retain* history. If
the module is no longer useful, one would normally just "cvs remove" all
the files so that they will no longer be checked out by default, but you
can still check out old revisions if needed. If you're sure you really
want to completely get rid of the module (like because it was imported
by accident), you can manually remove the directory from the repository.
