How to move repositories from One Server (192.168.1.15) to Another Server (192.168.5.5)

Hi Friends,

I want to move repositories (around 15) of CVS from one server to
another. The current server ipaddress is 192.168.1.15 and the new
server address is 192.168.5.5. Both the servers are linux servers.

I know through rsync I can copy the repositories from one server to
another server but I want to know which files to change in cvsroot's
so that users should be able to work with new server (192.168.5.5).

Please let me know if you need any further inputs.
