information required on CVS

Hi

 

Is there is possible to access  CVS   to particular network only by cvs confuigurtion

 

 

senario :

CVS - has multiple repository and different projects and different lan

 

say two different network

 

One group of user from network uses ---say A --repository

  and  othergroup of users uses   uses --B -repostitory

 

 

i have tow networks say X and Y

 

Question :

 

if one of the user from A repostitory  ( X network )   --try to access from Y network  

 

Is here in any way  to restrict  only one network one repository
