[Info-gama] gama 1.5 compiles with bc++

gama 1.5 has been build with bc++ 5.7 compiler from Kylix Open
Edition:

   export PATH=/usr/local/kylix3/bin:$PATH
   export CC=bc++
   export CFLAGS="-w-8008 -w-8065 -w-8066 -w-8057 -w-8004"
   export CXX=bc++
   export CXXFLAGS=-w
   
   make clean
   make

... interesting only for testing the source codes (bc++ gives some
more/different warnings).
