New "Manuel DocBook" GNU package

Hello,

I'm glad to announce a new GNU package, "Manuel DocBook".

The DocBook manual documents the latest version (SGML 4.1) of the
DocBook DTD.
This first version documents formally the DocBook format, independently
of the tools with which it is used. 

This manual is written in French, and an English translation is planned.

A first release is available at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/dbmanual/
dbmanual-fr-0.1.tar.gz , while the sources are in Savannah at
http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/dbmanual

The web pages for the GNU site are not yet written.
