GNU M4 1.4.3 released

I am pleased to announce the release of GNU M4 1.4.3, the GNU macro processor.

This release fixes a number of long-standing bugs and, thanks to a patch from
Andreas Schwab, gives a speedup of around 20% when used with autoconf compared
to the previous release:

New in 1.4.3: 31 March 2005

* DESTDIR installs now work correctly.
* Don't segfault with uncompilable regexps to changeword().
* Always use \n line-endings for frozen files (fixes a cygwin bug).
* Portability fix for systems lacking mkstemp(3).
* Approximately 20% speed up in the common case of usage with autoconf.
* Supported on QNX 6.3.

m4-1.4.3 is available now from ftp.gnu.org, along with diffs and xdeltas
against m4-1.4.2.  Please use a mirror to reduce stress on the main gnu machine:

This release was bootstrapped with autoconf-2.59, but is usable with any
previous versions of autoconf for your own projects.

Alternatively you can fetch the sources form anonymous cvs by using the
following commands (just hit return when you are prompted for the password):
