Archimedes 0.1.3 has been released

A new version of Archimedes has been released. This version, 0.1.3, is able to simulate two new semiconductor compounds, i.e. AlxInxSb and AlxIn(1-x)Sb.

This version has been tested successfully and is ready to be used.

Furthermore, the manual has been updated according to this new version.

Archimedes is the GNU package for 2D Monte Carlo semiconductor device simulations. Archimedes is released under GPL 3 or later.
