GNU Source Installer 2.5 released

GNU Source Installer 2.5 has been just released
(unchanged from rc2).

Changes include basic support for internationalization,
and many bugfixes in all components,
which results in more packages supported.

policies to offer easier installation from source code and easy
tracking, safe removal and upgrade of installed source packages.
