vc-dwim 1.1 released

We're please to announce the vc-dwim 1.1 release.

vc-dwim is a version-control-agnostic ChangeLog diff and commit tool.
vc-chlog is a helper tool for writing GNU-style ChangeLog entries.

  vc-dwim supports bzr.

  An xz tarball is provided instead of an lzma one.

  A texinfo manual is provided.
