Yes. Currently mml2015-verbose is the option to switch such behavior.
At first the default behavior was to always ask signing keys and someone
(perhaps I) found that too verbose and named the option mml2015-verbose.
It might be better to be renamed something like:
(setq mml2015-signing-method 'guided)
(setq mml2015-signing-method 'unattended)
etc.
What do you think?
