you can
1. get the parent of an article with ^
2. get the part of the thread
that's still on your server (not quite sure what that means) with A T
3. get lots of stuff but not specific to the thread with / o
therefore, i don't see anyway to examine a specific thread unless you go
to the web. yet i think this should be possible because how else can we
check back on various parts of a discussion from within gnus?
