Nevermind I figured it out.  It was the directory setup.  I thought /./ was some sort of special command. J

But the directories are there.

# ls

<user name>  chrootusers

address@hidden:/home

# cd /home/chrootusers

address@hidden:/home/chrootusers

# ls

<user name>   bin  dev  etc  lib  usr

 

 

/etc/paswd file

<user name>:x:1000:100:<full user name>:/home/chrootusers/./home/<user name>:/usr/sbin/jk_chrootsh
