When basket is closed, there is no field to add notes about the order. For
example, I order a book, I close my basket. The bookshop tells me that the book
is not available, or that the book is in press etc. It is very important to have
such a field after closing order. How can I inform the user about his order ? Do
I use a post it to note comments about all my orders ;-)
