Summary: file not found /usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-
tmpl/default/en/opac-main.tmpl
Product: Koha
Version: branch 2.2
Platform: Other
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: Installation
AssignedTo: address@hidden
ReportedBy: address@hidden

I looked around for this bug, and couldn't find it, so I apologize if has
already been reported.
After an installation using the koha-2.2.5.tar.gz on my Xubuntu machine, the
Koha interface works well, but I received an error while trying to access OPAC.
Looking at the logs, it couldn't find the "opac-mail.tmpl" file, and indeed
there was no "default" directory within opac-tmpl directory.
Of course, a quick look around and I found the file it was looking for, and was
able to put in a simple link to the correct directory to fix the problem.
So the file it was looking for was:
/usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/default/en/opac-mail.tmpl
The file was located at:
/usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/npl/en/opac-mail.tmpl
So a simple
cd /usr/local/koha/opac/htdocs/opac-tmpl/
sudo ln -s ./npl default
brought up the main OPAC screen, and everything seems to be working for me so
far. I like what I see from this software. The developers have really done a
splendid job!
