Std feature: There needs to be an interface to allow status codes change over
time  for status codes using in cataloging and also Circ, especially lost
status codes.

For instance if set to:
missing     after (user param-->) [10] days    move to [lost] if not "seen"

User created lost codes would be possible also, ex:
trace       after (user param-->) [14] days    move to [lost] if not "seen"

This would only be to automatically change the status codes, it may not affect
charging as such.
