all those fixes are related to translation improvement.
A few minor bugfixes too in perl code.

NOTE TO ENGLISH "TEMPLATORS" : you should look at this commits, as some ideas 
are really nice.  Thanks to Carole, Wesford School, new Koha user in France :-)
