[Koha-win32] LDAP Auth. on Win32 /2.2.9

Hi all,

I am trying to setup LDAP authentication and seem to be stuck on the 
following error(s):

[Mon Sep 29 11:34:41 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Can't locate 
object method "new" via package "Net::LDAP" (perhaps you forgot to load 
"Net::LDAP"?) at c:/usr/koha229/intranet/modules/C4/Auth.pm line 517.
[Mon Sep 29 11:34:42 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of 
script headers: opac-main.pl
[Mon Sep 29 11:34:42 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Can't locate

So...first a couple question I guess.....
How do I verify thet Net::LDAP is in fact installed ?? (and loaded/running?)
I tried a ppm from the dos prompt, but did not see a specific module for 
Net::LDAP.....just a Net-LDAP-Express.....and perl-LDAP

Does anyone have LDAP authentication working from a win 32 box?
Am I missing something simple like a path statement ?
