The Hazelnut kernel does support SMP in a pre-alpha kind of way.  It
has not, however, made its way into the L4Ka distribution.  In
addition, I'm not sure if the SMP extensions to the L4 X.0 API and the
semantics of things like cross cpu IPC is pinned down very exactly
yet.
