Thanks for those links, but it still does not work. I applied the
patches and recompiled bochs but I still get the same error with the
demo disk as well as with my custom built pistachio.

I have also pulled the latest CVS version of bochs. There is more
progress with this version. Bochs now crashes with the error :

"[BIOS ] BIOS panic at rombios.c, line 1558"

Unfortunately I can't make sense of what is at line 1558 as of now..
