   With Pistachio-0.3 I moved the kernel up to 0x100000 + 0x400
   (instead of 0x200) and it also works fine.  I still get the
   exclamation point, tho.

   Where do I go from here?  Is there documentation on what needs to
   be done?  I'd really like to help out here, if possible.

Start groking the code and try figure out what is going on.
