Hurd/L4 is really Marcus' territory, so he better answer this one
since I have no clue whatsoever what kind of blackmagic he has put
into the autoconf/automake scripts. :-)
wortel/startup is the startup code for task and everything after that.
(That is all except physmem.) It is compiled as a "binary", so without
any headers, and included into wortel by some assembly. It is not meant
to be something of its own, it's just a part of wortel. But as it is
startup code for other tasks, it needs to be compiled on its own. I
don't think Marcus put much magic in the the auto* scripts, which is why
the thing gets installed. :-)
I think making it noinst_ would solve the problem.
