[libcvd-members] bayer conversion bugs

Hi guys,

ever wondered why the bayer output from your camera was sooo crap ? anyway some 
bugs in there created nice patterns aligned with green pixels for half of the 
formats. attached is a test example that demonstrates this quite nicely. It 
shows input and output for a full red, green, blue bayer image and the result 
after conversion. 

Its all fixed now (see the second image), but I wanted to post a heads-up in 
case you have seen this problem before.
