[libmicrohttpd] Compilation errors under MinGW-64

I am a Windows user. I tried compiling the library under mingw-64, but
I had a lot of issues. First was that the configure script did not
find plibc_init in -lplibc(it exists). After hacking the configure
file, I got a few more problems about libpthread and missing
pthread_create functions.
I fixed this as well, and after doing make, is where bad things happen:
