I think this is a very important step towards achieving free hardware.

In my humble opinion, ARM is the closest option we have to free hardware
when purchasing new machines.

Paul Kocialkowski (known for his Replicant work), is in the process of
finalising a Libreboot port for an Asus C201 (a very cheap Rockchip ARM
machine) [1]. If the Lima GPU driver gets finished, we would have a nice
free stack.

I would love if GuixSD could be well tested and tuned for some reference
machines that respected our freedom (as much as possible). Those C201s
seem like good candidates.
