SeaBIOS sort-of works; with SeaVGABIOS (free vbios implementation in
seabios) and coreboot "native graphics" you can get it to display now.
There are still some missing features (in coreboot, not seabios) that
mean it's not a full implementation.

SeaBIOS isn't actually included in the pre-compiled ROM images for
libreboot; instead, the release archives include it pre-compiled (but
not inside the ROM's) and the user can add it manually or with a
script that is included.

If you do brick your X60, libreboot has a guide in it's documentation
for recovery, as does the coreboot wiki. You'll be fine.
