Hello, I'd like to tell that I decided to "re-fork" this work, back to LibDWG, because I'm too impatient to wait for things to go in a smooth way ;-).
But mainly because I will not have much time to work on this in a few days, my "spare" time is finishing. So I had to put my ideas on the run very quickly. But this does not mean that I don't want to help here anymore, I'm open to discuss ideas, and certainly I'll keep synchronized with new code from LibreDWG. Hope the same can occur inversely.
I had simplified a lot the work eliminating things I don't mind in this kind of library, e.g., writing capability. In a few words, I had reviewed the decoding for R2000 (and R13 - R14) so far.
Well, that's it, keep the good work, I'm going to be somewhat retired for a while. The "dwg-dump" utility is working well, very useful to me, ok? (I made a kind of ASCII plot of the handle numbers, it was funny, see for LOG_PLOT in "logging.h", if you are curious).
