I love your ideas, and I think it should be this way ever, since the very beginning, but something went wrong and we're now stuck in a system 99% of us don't really agree with but have to cope with it...
My biggest question is how are you thinking it will be possible to implement those plans, ideas, etc. in our messy and corrupted society?

We will *not* pay the consumers or the workers with product - they
receive product as a "side-effect" of their co-owning the MoP.
In other words, the owner of a milk-cow does not *buy* the milk from
himself, he owns it already.
Similarly, the co-owners of a milk dairy do not *buy* the milk from
themselves, they each own their % already.
This is a short (somewhat incomplete) description of how to proceed.
Please ask questions and help me fix what is wrong with the idea.
