Log message:
        * libtool.m4 (AC_CHECK_LIBM): Search for a real symbol in
        the math library rather than 'main', it causes problems for
        C++ compilers with certain Auto* tools.
        (AC_LIBLTDL_INSTALLABLE): ditto.
