Applied keybuk-lt-lang.patch and keybuk-libltdl-version.patch under
72-hour rule.

Also applied this clean-up to the first one, one bit of code wasn't
needed anymore and the other was a leak from keybuk-lt-tag.patch
which is still RFC-only.
