Hi Mattias,
You can grab cvs HEAD of libtool by doing:
env CVS_RSH=ssh cvs -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/libtool co libtool

Please test the -framework support there and send patches if you feel they are
necessary. The 1.5 branch is pretty much history now, no more releases are
expected on that branch.

I am closing this, if you come up with other patches against HEAD, you can post
them here, but address@hidden is preferred.

Thanks for your help,
Peter

(I know Peter, the OSX maintainer is pretty busy at the moment, so I figured
I'd respond.)

I'm not quite sure why this patch was submitted, -framework is already
supported in libtool HEAD (2.0 beta), and it handles properly the issues where
-framework <foo> gets reordered by libtool when parsing deplibs and such. (A
backport of the framework support to 1.5 is available at
http://ranger.befunk.com/patches/libtool-framework.patch)

Perhaps you're better off starting there and adding -F support (which should be
pretty simple). Also, I believe the libtool folks require a ChangeLog in the
patch for inclusion.
