While this may be correct for the way libtool currently works on
AIX/non-rtl, it's not correct for AIX/rtl, and even on AIX/non-rtl
it is in principle possible to defer linkage. It's just libtool
that doesn't do it, IIRC.
Not that it matters much, but maybe someone is interested in this.
