I get this error building HEAD and binary-branch.

&& CONFIG_FILES= CONFIG_HEADERS=[config.h:config-h.in] \
/bin/sh ./config.status
config.status: creating [config.h
config.status: error: cannot find input file: config-h.in]
make[1]: *** [stamp-h] Error 1
