gxx_personality_v0 caused by libtool?

hello,

I tried to build Apache/PHP with Sablot XSLT support. All went fine. But
when I start apache I get this error:

Cannot load /etc/apache/extramodules/libphp4.so into server:
/usr/lib/libsablot.so.0: undefined symbol:
__gxx_personality_v0                                       


while looking for in fo about this I came across this post:

it points to libtool ...

do you have any information about the status of this issue?

I use a Gentoo Linux; gcc-3.2, libtool --version
ltmain.sh (GNU libtool) 1.4.1 (1.922.2.34 2001/09/03 01:22:13)
