[PATCH] Mensural rests

Hi!

Here are some mensural rests.  I am still not happy about the fusa and
semifusa rests, since I have no high-quality scans of these rests that I
could lean upon.  The former mensural rests are still available as
"neo_mensural" style rests.  I also added missing neo-mensural semibrevis
and minima rests.
