Ok, I tried to fix ancient-font.ly.  Thereby I detected that when
splitting the feta font into feta and parmesan, a couple of mistakes were
introduced; e.g. some characters were thrown away (e.g. some grace
ornaments), while other characters were duplicated.  I tried to fix these
errors, too.  The division into feta and parmesan is still not perfect;
currently, some of the neo mensural characters are still in feta, while
others are in parmesan.  We might want to change this as well.  (Though,
this is really a point of discussion, as neo mensural characters are
typically heavily intermixed with characters of the feta font; maybe neo
mensural should be moved completely into the feta font).
