[PATCH] voicify in tutorial

* The feature is already explained in the polyphony section.  We can't
  put everything in the "More Basics"  section.

* the name voicify is awkward, and is only used internally.

* the point of \\ is that you don't need to enter \stemUp or
  \stemDown. It is done automatically.

(can you resend the patch, keeping these comments in mind?)
