I've made a number of small fixes for using LilyPond's mknetrel build
script on Cygwin. It should now work out of the box.
You'll need to get the latest lilypond from CVS, or 1.9.9 when/if it
comes out.
Also, I've updated the documentation on building LilyPond for Windows.
