Could \score also have \with statement?
I had to create empty sheets removing engravers at Score, StaffGroup, and Staff
levels, and found \with statement very useful. Finally, Bar_number_engraver had
to be removed at the Score level, where analogous syntax would have been useful.
Current syntax worked also, but was not so intuitive.
