manual feature request: tunable marks

I recall some discussion about this a few months ago; did it get 
resolved?

To print a rehearsal mark, use the @code{\mark} command

@lilypond[quote,raggedright,fragment,verbatim,relative=2]
c1 \mark \default
c1 \mark \default

@noindent
(The address@hidden' is skipped in accordance with engraving 
traditions.)
@c umm, is the manual the right place for feature requests?  :)  -gp
